The Illinois company contracts with Midwestern farmers to raise hogs without using antibiotics or growth hormones and are vegetarian fed. After the pigs are raised, Prairie Grove takes over, processing, marketing, and distributing fresh and processed value-added natural pork products to both foodservice operators and food retailers in the US.
