The GS/LAEDC/WTC partnership has the full support of the United States Department of Commerce, Los Angeles County regional support of Chambers, Ports, Trade Organizations, Economic Development Agencies, and political support for this very important initiative to increase California exports.GS conducts monthly trade missions to the Republic of Cuba to increase the presence ofCalifornia products in Cuba. GS will conduct trade missions to the following developing high growth countries in 2004: Poland, Czech Republic, Lithuania, China, Vietnam, Panama, Chile and India. All these developing countries represent tremendous opportunity to California companies to increase trade, exports and investments.
